Our Services as MA-Holder

DRAC is a Swiss-based service company specialised in resolving issues as Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) in the field of Wholesale Distribution (including importation, warehousing and market release) and commercialisation of medicinal products in the territory of Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

DRAC has a full set of Swiss establishment licenses to act as MA-Holder on behalf of partner companies for all pharmaceutical products (except GMO-products) and to warehouse, distribute and commercialize the products in the territory of Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

DRAC has a strong client base from the pharmaceutical industry sector which we believe reflects our dedication and ability to meeting the most demanding requirements to act as Marketing Authorisation Hold (MAH) on behalf of our partners and clients.

Marketing Authorization Holder

• Acting as temporary MA-Holder in the territory of Switzerland (including Liechtenstein) on behalf of a partner company without Swiss establishment license or without an affiliate in Switzerland.
• Acting as long-term MA-Holder in the territory of Switzerland (including Liechtenstein) on behalf of a partner company without Swiss establishment license or without an affiliate in Switzerland.
• Acting as Swiss MA-Holder for all pharmaceutical products not distributed or commercialized in the territory of Switzerland (export only products) on behalf of a partner company.

Wholesale Distribution

• Acting as importer and responsible site for market release of pharmaceutical products and also controlled drugs in the territory of Switzerland and Liechtenstein on behalf of a partner company.
• Acting as MA-holder and distributor (including warehousing and market release) of pharmaceutical products and also controlled drugs in the territory of Switzerland and Liechtenstein on behalf of a partner company.
• Acting as distributor (trade abroad) of pharmaceutical products and also controlled drugs outside the territory of Switzerland and Liechtenstein on behalf of a partner company
